Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to manage tender pricing and cost plans for projects valued at £5m-£15m. Ideal candidates will possess a degree or HNC in a construction-related field and have at least 5 years of experience in estimating roles. Familiarity with Conquest estimating software is advantageous, and the position offers flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in pure Estimating roles.
• Established relationships within the local sub-contractor network.
• Good knowledge of Conquest estimating software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost plans and pricing of single stage and two stage tenders.
• Produce BOQs, take-offs, full cost plans, and target cost reporting.
• Occasional pre-con surveying duties including procurement.
