Senior Estimator (Construction)

£55,000 - £70,000 + Training + Progression + Professional Development

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to step into a senior role within a leading nationwide construction company? As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation of cost estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities across a variety of construction projects. You will review drawings and technical documentation, liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, analyse all material, labour, and equipment costs, and help drive value engineering proposals. You will also support and mentor junior team members while playing a key role in securing new work for the business.

The Job:
