The role

You will lead estimating activity across nuclear works, supporting cost planning, pricing, and tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Producing detailed and robust cost estimates
• Supporting commercial reviews
• Reviewing subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Working closely with commercial and delivery teams
• Supporting value engineering and cost optimisation

About you

• Strong estimating background within construction or infrastructure
• Experience working in regulated or safety critical environments
• Commercially astute with strong attention to detail

Salary

£80,000 to £85,000 plus car allowance £5,750

Security clearance

You must either hold SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
