A government road management agency is seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor to oversee property projects ensuring compliance with legislation and the correct management of the estate. You'll lead significant transactions and give strategic property advice across various offices. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility in location, and requires occasional travel to estates. Ideal candidates should be RICS members with relevant experience in property management and strong negotiation skills.
We're looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join our team to deliver estates inputs into property projects, making sure the organisation complies with government property legislation and has an estate of the right size, condition, and location. As part of the role, you will support the provision of strategic property advice across National Highways offices and operational estate and have the opportunity to lead on your own transactions.
This role is based in Leeds but alternative locations near to one of our other National Highways offices in the UK will be considered. Work will be on a flexible and hybrid basis. The successful candidate will need to travel to national estates locations at various points when required.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
