• Strong experience in handling contentious matters, advocacy experience is a plus.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise employer clients on various employment law issues.
• Manage Employment Tribunal litigation, drafting pleadings and preparing cases.
• Assist with complex advisory work including discrimination and reorganisations.
• Draft contracts and employment documentation and provide practical advice.
