Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Design Engineer within building services.
• Strong knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, and CIBSE guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering elements of MEP designs.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
• Participate in design meetings & documentation.
• Contribute to tendering and estimating activities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.
• Mentor junior team members.
