Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynamics AX 2012 across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
• Confident stakeholder management skills capable of challenging and influencing.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical solutions clearly.
• Experience with ERP configuration, user acceptance testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Maintain and support Dynamics AX 2012 and associated bolt-ons.
• Lead workshops and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Manage IT governance and supplier relationships.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
