Job summary

A leading UK retail firm is seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to oversee a small team and enhance understanding of user behavior across its websites and apps. You will manage analytics outputs, identify optimisation opportunities, and develop strong relationships with product functions. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in digital analytics, strong communication skills, and proficiency in SQL. The position is full-time and based in Greater London, with a focus on driving data-informed decisions within the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in management or mentorship of other colleagues.
  • Expert communicator with the ability to flex their presentation style based on the audience.
  • Strong visualisation skills (e.g. PowerBI, Looker, Tableau etc.).
  • Extensive experience working in a product / web / digital analytics position ideally within an ecommerce / retail business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of 2 analysts, taking ownership of the team's output.
  • Be the owner of on-site user behaviour insights for business teams.
  • Identify areas for optimisation and measure potential impacts.
  • Develop relationships with product functions for better collaboration.
  • Partner with analytics implementation product owners for a roadmap.
