As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we measure and optimise our marketing performance. You’ll work across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM and other digital channels, using data to tell compelling stories and drive smarter decisions.
This isn’t just about reporting numbers – it’s about unlocking insights to drive performance and influence strategy. You’ll partner with marketing and commercial teams to ensure every pound we spend delivers maximum impact.

You can expect a two‑stage interview process for this position:
First Stage - An informal 30‑45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
Second Stage - A 1 hour face to face formal task based interview where you can also expect both competency and technical questions.
