Instrumental in delivering our digital transformation ambitions, collaborating with the Digital Development Manager to help services radically transform into person‑centred, digital‑first operations. You will play a leading role in a demanding programme of work, ensuring our technical solutions are innovative, design‑led, and built with a strong reliance on "data by design."
You will be a pivotal technical resource within the Digital Transformation team, acting as a bridge between complex technology and service delivery. You must be confident in consulting on capital business change projects and articulating complex data architectures into seamless, integrated digital services. To maintain our pace and resilience, you will be highly experienced in mentoring others, proactively sharing your skills and knowledge to ensure high service quality and prevent single points of failure.
An exceptional individual who can blend deep technical mastery‑specifically in APIs, system integration, and low‑code environments‑with a passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for our citizens and residents. In addition, you will demonstrate the bravery to contribute new ideas and the adaptability to thrive in a matrix working environment. You will be empowered to apply our core principles‑resilience, adaptability, and participation‑to your daily work, ensuring our digital initiatives deliver measurable value to the community.
