About the role and the Team

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and operating our high-quality ServiceNow implementation. This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, including the CSM and FSM modules. Experience with building event driven integrations with ServiceNow is desirable.

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will work collaboratively with a cross‑functional team to deliver innovative solutions, contributing to both the technical direction and hands‑on development of our ServiceNow ecosystem.

What will you be doing?
  • ServiceNow Development : Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow so that it meets the business needs but also maintain good technical practices
  • Feature Delivery : Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to refine user stories into technical implementations
  • Technical Excellence : Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Were preferable use ServiceNow workflows rather than code changes
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of end‑to‑end solutions
  • Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the adoption of new tools, technologies, and practices to improve the development process
What we are looking for?
  • Proven experience in software development
  • Strong hands‑on background in configuring and developing within ServiceNow
  • Practical experience setting up CI / CD pipelines in ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows
  • Experience working with Hibernate and Spring - DESIRABLE
  • Familiarity with containerised and cloud deployments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) - DESIRABLE
