Qualifications

• Strong experience producing technical drawings in joinery, construction, or bespoke manufacturing.
• Comfortable balancing detailed drawing work with team coordination.
• Experience in Lean thinking to improve systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own technical flow from initial drawings to final installation.
• Produce accurate working and technical drawings for production.
• Manage design-team workflow and maintain pace without compromising detail.
• Act as a link between Design, Production, and Installation teams.
• Implement quality-control checkpoints across processes.
• Support operations within the design department and contribute to improvements.
