  • Collaborate with internal teams to align technology strategy and execution.
The Candidate

We’re looking for a tech‑savvy, detail‑driven event professional with a passion for using technology to elevate the delegate experience.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of event technology management, ideally gained in a large‑scale event delivery or delegate/sponsor registration environment. Proficiency with major event platforms such as EventsAir, RainFocus, or Cvent is highly desirable, along with familiarity in audience engagement tools like event apps, polling systems, and gamification software.

You’ll be client‑facing, collaborative, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders — from clients and suppliers to internal teams. Experience leading or mentoring others would be a bonus, but not essential. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who thrives on innovation, loves solving complex challenges, and is eager to shape the next generation of event technology experiences.
