As a CRM Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and optimising CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our UK and EEA markets. Reporting into the CRM Manager and working closely with the Growth team, you will be responsible for managing our customer lifecycle communications from onboarding flows to activation and retention journeys.
This role will support key growth initiatives, helping Curve scale its CRM operations during a period of expansion. You will leverage data, insights, and marketing automation tools to deliver personalised and impactful customer experiences.
