A luxury country estate is looking for a Senior Creative to drive the creative aspects of their Commerce business. This role involves leading the design of seasonal creative campaigns and innovative packaging while ensuring brand consistency across various channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand and packaging design, and a strong capability to mentor creative teams. Located in Galhampton, this position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

£60,000 per annum plus performance‑related bonus and fantastic benefits
40 hours per week across 5 days, Monday to Friday. Based onsite – BA7
Due to the location of the Estate a driving license is recommended for this role

As our Senior Creative for our Commerce business, you’ll drive the creative expression of The Newt across packaging, campaigns and multi‑channel storytelling. This is a senior, influential role shaping and elevating the visual identity of our food, drink and gifting categories. From defining seasonal creative worlds to leading packaging innovation, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects our provenance, craftsmanship and premium positioning, while providing inspiring creative leadership across the Commerce team.
