Oxford University Department for Continuing Education (OUDCE) is seeking to appoint a highly competent administrator to join our team providing support for the student lifecycle on our undergraduate-level courses from end-to-end. This includes dealing with enquiries, enrolment, on-course administration and post-course enquiries.
In this wide-ranging, challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for supporting students and academic staff, developing expertise in University and departmental processes, preparing course materials, handling student data and assisting with financial administration.
This is a full-time post, available on a permanent contract.
You must have excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, be able to work flexibly to deadlines, be confident in working with data and Excel, and be able to demonstrate sound judgement in solving problems. Experience of financial processes and virtual learning environments would be an advantage.
