We're looking for a passionate and curious Compliance and Ethics Consultant to join our team and make a real impact. You'll help shape ethical business practices, assess and enhance compliance programs, and advise clients across a variety of industries. This role blends hands‑on client work, strategic guidance, policy and training development, and opportunities to contribute to thought leadership in the compliance space.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support risk and program assessments, uncovering insights to strengthen client compliance frameworks.
  • Develop and refine policies and codes of conduct that set the standard for ethical behavior.
  • Collaborate on engaging compliance and ethics training (online and in‑person) that drives real change.
  • Provide expert advisory services on regulatory requirements, investigations, and program implementation.
  • Drive thought leadership by authoring articles, whitepapers, blogs, and presenting at webinars and events.
  • Contribute to business development, including proposal preparation and client meetings.
  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with clients through high‑quality delivery and deep expertise.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree required; legal qualification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU AI Act, DOJ Guidance).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in policy drafting, training development, and managing compliance programs.
  • Proven project management and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Work Model
