Overview
As a Senior Consultant in our Digital Consulting Practice, you'll help shape and deliver complex transformation programmes across Defence and wider government. Working at the crossroads of technology, strategy, and delivery, you'll support the adoption of digital capabilities in our clients' mission critical environments, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships across technical, operational, and senior leadership levels to support digital transformation
- Capability Integration Leadership: Coordinate multi-disciplinary working groups, enabling effective integration of people, processes, and technology within secure, high-stakes environments
- Translation & Advisory: Act as a bridge between technical delivery teams and user communities, translating complex ideas into practical, mission-driven outcomes
- Market Insight & Growth Enablement: Contribute to pipeline growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping client propositions, and supporting bids with insight and credibility
- Programme Delivery Influence: Support delivery of high-impact programmes by aligning delivery frameworks, guiding change implementation, and driving results on the ground
- Sector & Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of Defence environments, DLODs, and the dynamics of technology adoption in traditionally change-resistant cultures
- Digital Fluency & Integration Mindset: Broad knowledge of ICT and digital solutions with the ability to engage across both deep technical and strategic user domains
- Consulting & Commercial Acumen: Experience in a consulting environment with strong commercial awareness and the ability to shape and support client-facing initiatives
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Proven ability to influence, advise, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders - from senior leaders to delivery teams
- Education & Experience: A STEM degree is preferred, with 3 - 5 years' experience in delivering technical or change-focused programmes; Defence or government background desirable
