Overview

I have been asked to find a Senior Construction Manager- RC and associated works- for a project in Sheffield. This will be for at least 18 months with a strong possibility of ongoing employment once this contract is completed.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all on-site management staff (around 5-10) and work closely with the Project Manager and client to ensure successful delivery.
• On-site predominantly running the trades, pushing productivity, and liaising with the client.
• Lead site operations on reinforced concrete works and associated trades.

Qualifications/Experience

• Essential experience with reinforced concrete subcontractors.
• Proven track record managing schemes from £5M-£20M+.

Contract/Remuneration

• Contract type: PAYE or daily rate, either CIS or Ltd company. Client open to all options to secure the right candidate.
• Estimated daily rate: between £(Apply online only); negotiable based on relevant experience.
