A global consultancy firm based in the UK is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to support internal stakeholders with corporate governance for its subsidiaries. The role involves managing legal entities, advising on compliance, and assisting with project support. Candidates should have a Chartered Governance Institute qualification and experience in legal entity management. This position offers a hybrid work model with flexible arrangements.

We b4re looking for an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join our UK team as part of a busy, friendly international Corporate Secretariat team to provide support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of corporate governance matters for AtkinsRéalis subsidiaries (including in the UK, Europe, Asia, Australasia, LATAM and Middle East regions). The role is busy but rewarding and you will be supported by an experienced team. To be successful, you will have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to develop and make a difference.
Working days: This role requires a hybrid working model i.e. requirement to work from office 3 days a week.
Core duties include:
Chartered Governance Institute qualified (previously ICSA) or undertaking the CGI qualification (ideally with experience working in an international corporate secretariat).
Based in the UK, primary location: Epsom or London office (with hybrid/remote working as per company policies).
