Are you an experienced and compassionate nurse looking to make a real difference in your community? We’re seeking a Senior Community IV Nurse to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Swindon.

As a key member of our service, you will work both independently and collaboratively to provide specialist IV therapies and holistic support to patients in a variety of settings.

You’ll deliver safe, effective care aligned with clinical policies and procedures, while contributing to a positive team culture and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality IV therapy and community nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Work with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for delegated tasks from the lead clinician.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and seamless service delivery.
  • Provide support, guidance, and expertise to patients, families, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards and organisational policies.
Where You’ll Work
  • Clinic environment at the Swindon Intermediate Care Centre.
  • Visiting and supporting patients in the comfort of their own homes.
