A growing technology firm based in Slough is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead business growth and develop strategies during their expansion phase. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial management, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of environmental governance. This role offers a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 with a hybrid working model, and access to various employee benefits including training and wellness programs.

Position: We are looking for a strategic Senior Commercial Manager to drive business growth and profitability, and to develop and execute an impactful external and internal strategy to support the Group during this period of expansion. The role is based in Slough on a hybrid basis, with two days in the office per week.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum dependent on experience
Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm
Location: Slough with hybrid flexibilities. Travel to other office locations may be required.
