We're recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and construction business, seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to provide strategic leadership across high-value projects. The Role
As Senior Commercial Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the commercial success of large-scale projects, including:

• Leading and developing commercial teams to optimise project performance

• Driving financial control, forecasting, and risk management

• Creating and implementing commercial strategies in line with business goals

• Managing CVRs, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at senior level

• Overseeing contract negotiations and dispute resolution

• Coaching and mentoring staff to maintain high standards and support progression
