Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience with at least 2 years in Primary Care.

• Experience in clinical pharmacy and clinical audit.

Responsibilities

• Support workflow redesign and embed clinical pharmacists in general practice.
• Provide professional specialist medicines management advice to healthcare professionals.
• Plan and organise workload, including audit and project work.

Education

MPharm (4 years) or equivalent

Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy
