Job summary

An NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their Antimicrobial Stewardship team. This is a full-time permanent role located in Kettering, offering a competitive salary of £55,690 to £62,682 per annum.

Qualifications

• 3 years post registration UK hospital experience.
• Clinical experience in a range of ward/clinical areas.
• Experience of leading or implementing change.
• Good clinical knowledge of commonly prescribed medicines.
• Good knowledge of NICE guidelines for common conditions.
• Good knowledge of the NHS and current priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacy services within Antimicrobial Stewardship.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical care and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage allocated staff and ensure effective pharmacy operation.
• Advise medical staff on medicines management issues.
• Support professional development for pharmacy staff.
