A large NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Paediatrics & Neonates Clinical Fellow (Registrar) based at Newham University Hospital. The successful candidate will work in the Women and Children’s division at NUH, which is part of the Barts Health NHS Trust; one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK.

The Paediatric rainbow centre is a busy department serving a deprived and young paediatric population. It includes a 21-bed paediatric ward with 7 cubicles, a two-bed high-dependency unit, a 6-bed day care ward for minor day surgery for children over 3 years old, a 6-bed observational unit, and 23 beds including 2 intensive and 4 HDU care beds. The Level II Neonatal unit cares for babies born at more than 27 weeks, with collaborative work as part of a network with the Royal London Hospital tertiary unit. The post is based at Newham University Hospital, providing acute general paediatrics and neonatal services to one of Britain’s most diverse and fastest-growing populations.
