A prestigious Lloyd's broker has an opportunity for a Senior Claims Executive to join their Financial Lines division on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is within their Financial Institutions claims team and focuses on managing Directors & Officers (D&O) and Professional Indemnity (PI) claims, particularly for Asset Managers.

The role involves significant client and third-party interaction, including face-to-face engagements.

Applicants should have prior experience in Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions, and/or D&O claims handling. This will be a hybrid role.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality, practical, and commercially focused advice on PI/D&O/FI claims.
2. Focus on claims involving solicitors and accountants within the Financial Institutions sector.
3. Contribute to departmental operational plans and business targets.
4. Build strong relationships and negotiate with markets to secure optimal client outcomes.
5. Act as a senior referral point, providing technical guidance and coaching to the team.
6. Manage performance and development of direct claims team reports.
