Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Section 38, 104 and 278 agreements.
• Knowledge of Highway Design Standards, Sewers for adoption, and Building Regulations.
• Experience in producing engineering designs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the production of site appraisals.
• Developing road and sewer designs to solve engineering issues.
• Preparing and coordinating external levels and drainage drawings.

Skills

Experience of working for a house builder or consultancy

Production of engineering designs utilising standard software

Ability to work in a multi-functional Team

Education

HNC in Civil Engineering Studies or similar

Tools

PDS design software

Microdrainage design software

AutoCAD
