We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and ambitious Senior Chef de Partie to join a growing restaurant business. This is a hands‑on kitchen role suited to a chef who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in high standards, and wants to develop their career. You’ll work directly with the Head Chef and owner in a busy kitchen environment, helping to run day‑to‑day operations while growing with the business.
Lead the kitchen team in preparation, cooking and plating of menu items. Assist the Head Chef with menu development, inventory management and scheduling. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards and oversee daily cleaning tasks.
