Overview
  • 37.5 Hours per week / Week 1 (Monday - Friday 1100-1900), Week 2 (Monday -Wednesday 0700-1400, Saturday 0700-1900, Sunday 0700-1400). Alternate weekends off.
  • £14.00 per hour + any enhancements
  • On-site parking, complimentary meal on shift
  • Location is GU21 4BY

What you’ll do
  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
  • Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
  • Support, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
What you bring
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience as a chef
  • Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Clear, respectful communication and a strong team spirit
