In Global Support, we provide expert guidance and hands‑on support to the Informa Group and Informa’s many business teams. This role is based in our 5 Howick Place Office in London Victoria.

Our One Informa Change Team partners with and assists regional market leaders in successfully defining, implementing, and embedding their change agenda. Together, we seek to ensure the long‑term sustainability and embedding of major Tech‑enabled transformation programmes, driving effective change management strategies and the realisation of benefits.
As the Senior Change Manager, you will lead the empowerment of colleagues to embrace the changes introduced through strategic transformation initiatives, driving adoption of the processes, tools, and ways of working. You will have the opportunity to lead the engagement, and ongoing embedding and adoption of our Gen AI too, Elysia and other AI initiatives.
