Working to the Transformation Change Lead the Senior Change Deployment Manager has a major role to play in the transformation journey. The role has primary accountability for the delivery of large complex projects by planning, evaluating & for completing the technical, project and change management and governance tasks for all projects and revisions that are deployed within an operational pipeline area.
Working directly in units with the operational teams to introduce and lead through a structured range of project activities and engagement processes to ensure projects are deployed to cost, quality and benefit, whilst at the same time achieving sustainability through the engagement and involvement of the end users.

The next stage of the selection process will be a face to face/virtual interview consisting of competency based and role specific questions. We plan to hold interviews on 18th and 19th of December at Glasgow Mail Centre.
