A construction consultancy in London is seeking a Senior CDM Advisor to deliver health and safety services and ensure CDM compliance. This role requires 4-5 years of experience in the construction sector, a NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work with prominent clients and receive a salary of up to £55,000 along with excellent benefits including private medical insurance and 27 days holiday.

Location: London office close to Liverpool Street (80% of projects within the M25)

Our client operates across the super prime residential, housing, commercial, education, office, and hotel sectors with projects up to the value of £300m+. They are recruiting for an ambitious Senior CDM Advisor to join a team of 3 other CDM professionals offering a variety of H&S/ CDM services. The role would suit an experienced CDM professional who has been working within a consultancy setting for several years who would like to take the next step in their career and join a business working with high profile clients such as Qatari Diar, Caudwell, housing developers, architect practices and many more.
