Qualifications

  • At least 2 years operational experience in a senior care role.
  • Previous mentor, Team Lead or supervisory experience.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the home.
  • Lead and champion the support team.
  • Oversee delivery of personalised care plans.
  • Conduct audits and quality checks.
  • Liaise with families and stakeholders for advocacy.
  • Support continuity of care in absence of the Registered Manager.

Support emotional and behavioural needs using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Strong relationships with team and supported individuals

Education

Level 2 Adult Care Worker Qualification or equivalent
Level 3 qualification in social care (desirable)
