Qualifications

• Must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience as a Registered Manager is preferred.
• Excellent management skills in care settings required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legal and statutory records accurately.
• Oversee staffing requirements and recruit suitable employees.
• Ensure effective inductions and training for all team members.
• Conduct regular supervisions and lead team meetings.

Skills

Experience as a Registered Manager

Experience of managing a Care/Nursing Home for older people

Experience of working with budgets and business plans

Appropriate levels of skill in Maths & English

Education
