Salary: £25K-£28K Depending on experience

Hours: 37.5hours + On call (rota basis)

Your role:

As a Senior Care Coordinator you’ll be an integral part of our service – managing schedules, supporting Care Assistants and ensuring every client receives outstanding care. This is a fast paced role for someone organised, personable and committed to excellence.
