Overview

Senior Care Worker | 36 hours per week. Shifts: 6 or 12 hours between 8am – 8pm (Weekend on/Weekend off).

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, supporting residents to live fulfilling lives, and leading a team with confidence.

Responsibilities
  • Safe and accurate administration of medication.
  • Leading and supporting the care team during shifts.
  • Promoting dignity, choice, and independence for residents.
  • Ensuring care plans are followed and updated as required.
  • Acting as a role model to the staff team, maintaining high standards of care.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting the management team with audits, compliance, and day-to-day running of the home.
