Job summary

A leading care provider in Hatching Green is seeking a Care Team Leader to lead a team and deliver outstanding care to residents. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. Responsibilities include managing care assistants and ensuring high standards of care are maintained. This position offers a pay of £13.83 per hour with flexible shifts available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
• Trained in medication administration.
• Ability to induct & supervise junior staff.
