Note: We offer 35.5-hour contracts, working DAYS or NIGHTS.
Your role involves planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will build relationships with residents and their families, ensuring personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and influence your team positively. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, communication with families, providing social and recreational activities, and administering medication.
Maintaining accurate records and fostering strong team relationships are key responsibilities. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; you must recognize signs of abuse or neglect and know the procedures to report concerns. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional related training.
