Senior Care Assistant – Tarring Manor, Worthing – £14.08 per hour
  • 75 Bedded Dementia and Residential Care Home
  • Full time; 12hr shifts (8 to 8)
  • Shifts will include alternate weekends
  • Day and Night shifts

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required.
  • Support and mentor junior care staff, ensuring they provide excellent care.

  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a residential or nursing home setting.
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
