Senior Care Assistant – Location: Ashlea Mews Care Home, Stanhope Parade, South Shields NE33 4BA. Salary: £13.80 per hour. Schedule/Hours: Full & Part-time available – Nights.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and updating care records
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and families
  • Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
  • Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for every resident
  • Participating in audits, inspections, and team meetings
Qualifications
  • Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
