A leading care provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to deliver personalized care and lead a team. The role involves planning and implementing care for residents, maintaining care standards, and supporting daily living tasks, with a focus on kindness and inclusivity. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and knowledge of dementia care. The position offers full training and numerous benefits, including a company pension scheme and annual leave.
Please note that this is a full-time role working 38.5 hours from 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am. Full flexibility is required.
