A leading care provider is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Coppice Lodge in Arnold. Please note that this is a full-time role working either day or night shifts from 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am, 38.5 hours per week. Full flexibility is required.

You will plan and implement care that provides our residents with security, dignity, and independence. Building relationships with residents and their families, you will help deliver personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and influence your team positively. Your duties include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, communication with families, and facilitating social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.
Maintaining accurate records and fostering strong team relationships are key responsibilities. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; you should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their roles and undertake additional training as needed.
