• Industry experience installing and managing complex engineering schemes.
• Knowledge of HTMs, HBNs, building regulations, and planning requirements.
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical engineering advice to the Deputy Head of Capital Projects.
• Act as the Trust’s authorised manager for various systems, reviewing utility consumption.
• Ensure compliance with various regulations and statutory guidance.
• Manage external consultants and contractors with documented briefings.
• Participate in the Estates on‑call rota.
