Senior Business Development Manager | Food Packaging | UK & Ireland | Up to £80k + commission

You will be responsible for:
  • Targeting and securing new business opportunities with major blue chip clients
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, building strong and consultative relationships with key decision makers
  • Growing and developing accounts, upselling and cross selling
  • Travelling across the UK & Ireland attending client meetings and industry events
  • Maintaining and progressing an active pipeline
Key attributes required:
  • A strong track record of identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities within packaging for the food and FMCG sectors
  • Ability to create and execute long-term business development plans aligned with broader commercial objectives and market trends
  • A customer centric approach with the ability to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and offer tailored value propositions
  • MUST HAVE industry knowledge within packaging
  • Confident in leading complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, navigating pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements
