You will lead scoping, requirements gathering, planning, gap analysis, and functionality enhancements for Mobile Networks projects that support our business strategy. Focusing on Mobile Technology and EE Network improvements, you\'ll collaborate with stakeholders to validate functional and non-functional requirements, create use cases/user stories, and document processes.
Working closely with Solution Architects and testing teams, you\'ll ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose and deliver successful outcomes. With BT\'s Mobile business recognised as the UK's No. 1 Network by RootMetrics for 12 consecutive years, you\'ll contribute to cutting-edge innovation that enhances communication and customer experience across consumer and business segments.
