Position Summary:

The Senior Broker Technician role oversees and manages the day-to-day operations with the Financial and Professional Lines Team. They ensure efficient workflow, implement and improve operational processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services and brokerage operations.

What will your job entail?

Job Responsibilities:

• Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assess potential risks and propose strategies to ensure business operations are resilient and compliant.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, reporting requirements, and internal policies.
• Work within the team to hit KPIs with signed slips, invoicing, tax schedules, etc.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.

Work Experience and Education:

• Previous experience within a similar role within a London market broking house is essential. Ideally this will have been within a financial/professional risks team.
• Knowledge in both Word products, and London market broker systems.
