• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property finance, with the last 2-3 years in sales/origination role.
• Strong broker network, ideally in the North, with proven ability to generate completions.
• Background in bridging finance essential.

• Build, manage, and grow broker relationships.
• Drive completions, managing deals from enquiry through to funding.
• Represent the brand in the market at meetings and events.
