Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.

• Confidence handling day-to-day and monthly financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bank activity and maintain cashflow.
• Process supplier payments and complete bank reconciliations.
• Prepare VAT returns and maintain import/export data.
• Post journals and manage debit notes.
• Carry out credit card reconciliations, stock checks, and monthly adjustments.
• Support credit checks and deal with currency transfers.
• Prepare monthly payroll information, handling PAYE, NI and pensions.
• Ensure timely payment of statutory taxes.
• Assist with audits, year-end tasks, and annual company filings.
• Oversee the Credit Controller and cover any annual leave.
