In this role, you’ll take the lead in driving whole genome sequencing (WGS) and multi-omics integration across late-stage clinical trials. You’ll work cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure the right scientific questions are asked — and the right data is generated to answer them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute genomics strategies for therapeutic programs
  • Lead external research teams and manage vendor collaborations
  • Guide polygenic score (PGS) development for patient stratification and selection
  • Present insights to internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external collaborators
  • Support regulatory filings, publications, and scientific communications

What We’re Looking For:

  • PhD in statistical genetics or related field, with 5+ years in pharma
  • Deep expertise in PGS methodology and clinical applications
  • Proven experience leading genomics projects using clinical trial data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A track record of scientific publications and leadership in cross-functional teams
